Adopt and maintain relevant management systems, striving for continual improvement and third-party certification of our sites.

Develop and maintain written programs for Hazard Communication, Emergency Response, PPE, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), work permits and incident reporting.

Promote safe work practices through visible leadership, open communication and a proactive safety culture at all levels.

Provide employees, contractors and visitors with the information, training, resources and equipment to perform their work safely.

Investigate all incidents, unsafe acts and near-misses promptly, sharing lessons learned and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Optimize the use of resources, minimize waste, emissions, noise and energy consumption, and prevent pollution.

Ensure emergency preparedness with robust response procedures, fire protection systems, first-aid facilities and trained emergency teams.

Hold all persons, including contractors, accountable for compliance; non-compliance will lead to disciplinary action.

Support continuous improvement through regular inspections, management reviews and the adoption of technological advancements and best practices.

Engage management, employees, customers and suppliers to foster EHS awareness and drive collaborative risk reduction.

Safeguard the long-term health and wellbeing of our workforce through occupational health monitoring, industrial hygiene, ergonomic workplace design and proactive management of physical and mental wellbeing.
