Fabricating a single-piece reactor approaching 1,000 metric tonnes, or a process column rising beyond 100 metres, is not simply a question of larger bays and bigger cranes. It is a question of engineering discipline sustained across every stage of the build, from plate procurement through to final dimensional verification.

Capacity is the starting point, not the differentiator

Our integrated facility combines heavy fabrication bays, precision assembly, advanced welding stations, equipment integration zones, and dedicated inspection and testing. That ecosystem lets us hold geometry and weld quality at scale, where thermal distortion, fit-up tolerance and lifting stresses all compound.

Across the portfolio we engineer to a wide envelope: design pressures from full vacuum to 1,000 Bar and above, temperatures from minus 196 to 1,250 degrees Celsius, diameters to 10,000 mm and wall thicknesses to 300 mm. Translating those numbers into a delivered asset is the real work.

Traceability from plate to dispatch

Every critical weld is executed under qualified WPS and PQR by certified welders, with controlled heat input and full weld traceability. Non-destructive examination, including RT, UT, PAUT and TOFD, is coordinated through the build rather than bolted on at the end. The result is equipment that performs predictably for decades, not just on the day it leaves the bay.
